As the creative lead for the development and implementation of the Hilton's new real estate brand, I was tasked with bringing the legacy name into a modern era. With only a logo and brand colors to work with, I led the creative team in developing a brand that would capture the essence of this joint venture of father and son, resulting in a tradition-meets-modernity approach. Moreover, the brand had to resonate with luxury real estate clientele and stand out from the noise and rote practices of the industry. Through careful planning and execution, we were able to create a brand truly reflected the Hilton experience and set the stage for future success as the company scales nationally.
As the creative lead for Sotheby's International Realty, I have had the privilege of overseeing the development of some of the most stunning and innovative marketing campaigns in the luxury real estate industry. From crafting compelling narratives designing visually striking materials, my team and I are dedicated to delivering exceptional results that exceed our clients' expectations. With a keen for detail and a passion excellence, we are committed to elev the Sotheby's International Realty brand to heights.

From 2019-2021, I had the pleasure of producing, directing, editing, and working as a the set and key artist on the feature thriller, The Great and Terrible Day of the Lord. Despite being shot over the course of just 8 days on a shoestring budget, this film has won several notable awards during its time in the festival circuit and served as a testament to what can be accomplished when a small group of people put their full minds and efforts toward one goal.

WHO IS THIS CLARK GUY ANYWAY

Clark Runciman is a multidisciplinary designer and award-winning filmmaker with 12 years of creative experience and over 7 years of leadership. His expertise spans motion graphics, photography, copywriting, and design for web, print, and social. He thrives in collaborative, results-driven environments where storytelling and strategy meet design craft.
At Hilton Hilton, Clark has driven high-profile campaigns for some of the world’s most exclusive properties, producing collateral that extends across digital, print, PR, and social channels. His work has supported agents and clients at the highest level, elevating listings into global talking points and reinforcing the firm’s reputation as a leader in luxury real estate marketing. From shaping brand narratives to ensuring consistent creative excellence, he has helped position Hilton Hilton properties in front of the world’s most discerning audiences.
Previously, Clark led creative operations for nationwide and international teams, overseeing design systems and campaigns that balanced innovation with brand integrity. He also helped establish a Berkshire Hathaway company brand and shared his expertise as a lecturer at Columbia University’s annual student journalism conference.
Originally from Baltimore and now based in Los Angeles, Clark continues to explore storytelling across mediums, from spontaneous family photo shoots to feature-length filmmaking. At the core of it all, creativity and functionality remains his foundation and enduring passion.
